Residential sales survey


The REIQ Residential Sales Market Survey endeavours to obtain your on-the-ground knowledge of the state of the Queensland property market over the past three months. Results from the survey will be used to help analyse the March quarter sales statistics and to provide supporting evidence of the state of the Queensland residential property market during the March quarter 2011. All individual information collected in this survey will remain confidential, with no agency’s responses individually quoted.

Housing Affordability the focus of Pre-Budget Submission by REIA

The Real Estate Institute of Australia has put forward a Pre-Budget Submission to the Commonwealth  Government identifying a range of areas which affect housing affordability that need to be addressed in the  2011/12 Budget.
