T-QUAL accreditation

The consumer marketing campaign for Australia’s symbol for quality tourism, the T-QUAL Tick , will be launched on 6 December 2011. The Tourism Australia led campaign will encourage travellers to book T-QUAL products when planning their next Aussie holiday. Activities of the campaign include: A dedicated T-QUAL micro site within the TripAdvisor Australia website showcasing T-QUAL endorsed businesses; Advertising across numerous Australian travel planning sites directing consumers to the TripAdvisor micro site; Preferential listing on Australia.com for T-QUAL endorsed businesses that are part of the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW); and  A supporting PR program that will highlight quality tourism experiences throughout Australia.

Win $10,000 business expansion package

Noosa Boardroom, in partnership with Quest Community Newspapers, is giving back to the local business community with a $10,000 Business Expansion Giveaway in a State-wide competition. The winner of the competition will receive six months free office space and services at the Noosa Boardroom business centre and serviced office complex in Noosaville.  Along with the free office space the winner will also receive all major office on-costs such as use of internet, phone answering, reception services, furniture and use of meeting rooms. The competition forms part of the Quest newspapers ‘Jobs for the Coast’ campaign with both Quest and the Noosa Boardroom encouraging all business types from all Queensland regions to participate.  Businesses are encouraged to demonstrate how they would contribute to the local Sunshine Coast economy in a short simple online form. The competition closes on Monday 21 November and is open to anyone with an Australian Business Number. For
