Sunshine Coast Business Confidence Survey March 2012

A big THANK YOU to the Coast's business owners and managers who recently completed the March 2012 Business Confidence Survey. 

Although Sunshine Coast businesses reported that the past six months have been very tough, 40% of respondents stated they were expecting an increase in profit in the next 6 months.  1 in 5 respondents also indicated that they would be increasing capital investment.

Housing Affordability the focus of Pre-Budget Submission by REIA

The Real Estate Institute of Australia has put forward a Pre-Budget Submission to the Commonwealth  Government identifying a range of areas which affect housing affordability that need to be addressed in the  2011/12 Budget.
